Terms and conditions

All cancellations must be made at least 10 working days before the scheduled training session. This period is referred to as the "Cancellation Deadline." Late Cancellation Fee

If a cancellation is made after the Cancellation Deadline, the trainee will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to €500. This fee is non-refundable.

If the trainee does not attend the scheduled training session without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," €500 will be forfeited. By enrolling in the training program, trainees acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

The training department reserves the right to modify course dates and time.
