BootCamp Pumps and Tools

The Graco BootCamp is a comprehensive introductory training program designed to help new team members, partners, and anyone unfamiliar with our pump solutions build a solid foundation of knowledge and confidence. This course focuses on the basics of pump systems and provides a clear overview of Graco’s full product range, enabling participants to quickly understand where each product fits, what it is used for, and how it supports our customers across different industries.

During the BootCamp, we not only explore the pump portfolio itself, but also take the time to explain all supporting tools, digital platforms, and configurators that are available. These tools are essential for navigating product options, selecting the correct configuration, assisting customers effectively, and ultimately working more efficiently. By the end of the training, participants will have a practical understanding of how to combine product knowledge with digital resources in order to provide accurate guidance and solutions.

This BootCamp is specifically designed for individuals who are new to Graco or may have little to no technical background. No previous experience with pumps, fluid handling, or Graco systems is required. The program provides a friendly, step-by-step learning experience, making it ideal for new hires, resellers, internal support roles, and anyone who wants to gain confidence in talking about and working with Graco products. Our goal is to create an accessible learning environment where participants can ask questions, gain hands-on insights, and leave with skills that are directly applicable in real-world situations.
